GRIEF, LOSS, AND LONELINESS

Some of life's most difficult experiences are grief, loss, and loneliness. Not only have I personally experienced these things in my life, my heart is particularly passionate about healing hearts who are experiencing the heart ache of grief, loss, or loneliness - often these go hand in hand at once.

SOUL HEALING

From time to time our souls feel lost. Sometimes feeling like we're drowning at sea. Our Soul Healing work is designed to reconnect you with your heart and soul's desires and purpose. Reminding you of who you are and guiding you back to wholeness and purpose.

ADDICTION COACHING

Understanding your relationship with addiction and how you got there are key elements to overcoming. If you are struggling with any type of addiction: sex, food, alcohol, drugs, porn - and you are seeking support with overcoming it, we are here for you.
